Introduction
This is the Privacy Policy of CustomerTRAX CRM, Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This policy applies to our collection and use of information through the websites www.customertrax.com and www.handlecrm.com (the “Sites”). Please do not use a Site if the terms of this Policy are not acceptable to you.

No Site is not directed to children under the age of 13. No Site requests or collects information that allows the determination of a user’s age.
If our assets are acquired in a business sale or similar transaction, the information that we have collected regarding you may be transferred to the acquirer and may be used by the acquirer in the same way that we are permitted to use it.
WE HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR OR RELATING TO THE PRIVACY POLICIES OF ANY OTHER WEBSITE, OR THE MANNER IN WHICH ANY DATA IS COLLECTED OR HANDLED BY ANY OTHER WEBSITE.

We may set a cookie on a device that you use to access a Site. We use cookies to make a Site easier to use, personalize Site experience, facilitate transactions through a Site, track Site patterns and practices, and analyze a Site’s performance. Advertisements, Links, and Social Media Plug- Ins
We may place third party advertisements (by persons or entities other than us), links to other websites, or social media plug-ins in a Site. You will not consider those advertisements, links, or plug-ins as endorsements of any kind by us. Your use of any website that is linked to a Site will be subject to the usage agreements and privacy and other policies of that website.
California Residents
We are currently not subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act. However, we want you to know that we do not disclose or communicate personal information, whether by sale or otherwise, to other businesses or third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. If you would like to know what personal information we hold about you or, after learning of that personal information, would like to access it, correct it, update it, or ask us to delete it, you may contact us in any of the following ways:

We do not currently respond to Do Not Track settings or signals.
