Attaching Documents

Subscribe to updates

Supplemental documents (pdf, word, excel) can be uploaded to any activity, such as Opportunities. This keeps all of the important information for that Opportunity (or other activity) all in one place and easily accessible. The full list of attachments will be displayed in the Account view.

  1. From the activity (e.g. Opportunity)
  2. Select ‘New’ from the Attachments group
  3. A file explorer window will appear
  4. Search and select the file to upload
  5. Press ‘Open’ to upload to Handle
    1. If file is opened in another application (e.g. Word, Excel) during upload, it may cause an error.

  6. All core activities in Handle have an Attachments group
    1. Custom forms can choose to include Attachments or not
