** UPDATE 5/3/16 12:45p ** Status: RESOLVED - - - We were able to work with Apple to issue a quick update [ v1.16.1 ]. This resolves the issue with the popup. There may be a couple of scenarios where you are still stuck in this 'update loop'. If this is happening, completely delete the Handle Inventory app and re-install from the app store.
- We released iOS CustomerTRAX Inventory 1.16.0 on the evening of May 2nd to the Apple App Store.
- The Inventory app is completely usable and functional, but the App store is not recognizing the version number correctly. This causes the download popup to display even after app has been updated.
- We are working with Apple to correct this as fast as possible. See below for current work-around.
- When launching the app, the banner displays prompt to download even after app has been updated.
